Group Manager at Attendo Kungshamn

Are you a nursing assistant looking for a new development opportunity?

As a group manager, you will take on a leadership role and coach our employees in their daily work.

We are now implementing a new organization in the Kungshamn operation where you, as a group manager, will have a leadership role that includes personnel and planning responsibility for the employees in your department/floor. As a group manager, you share the responsibility with several colleagues, which is why it is important that you have good collaboration skills. You will participate in care work approximately 70% of the time, and your working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

As a group manager, you will report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

About the role

The role involves a present and supportive leadership style in the operation. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operation in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values. By adopting a coaching and leading approach, you will create a learning culture. For example, regarding digital tools, processes, and working methods. This is achieved by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming your employees in their daily work. You have several group manager colleagues, and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.

About Attendo Kungshamn

Attendo Kungshamn in Nacka is a nursing home for people with a dementia diagnosis, including places for younger individuals with dementia. The residence is a lifestyle residence, and we work according to the concept of Outdoor Activities & Garden. In our large garden with a view of Stockholm's inlet, there are, among other things, raspberry bushes and rhubarb. Here, you can also hear the boat to Vaxholm passing by.

In the nursing home, we have 59 cozy apartments spread over four floors. At the top of the building, there is a common room with a small library, a piano, and space for communal activities. We also have spacious balconies facing all directions.

Attendo Kungshamn is located in Skuru, which is in Nacka municipality.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is advantageous for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

Initially, you will retain your base position and receive a temporary salary supplement as a group manager for 6 months.
